At Yoga Bunny Activewear, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be returned within 14 Days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Worn or damaged items not due to our error
• Items returned outside of the eligible return period
3. How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at yogabunnyactivewear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Method
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
